This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and Globus Solutions Sp. z o.o (the “Company”), operating under the name Roobic.io (the “Website”).
Please read this Policy carefully. By accessing or using the services, you hereby agree to be bound by this Policy.
The digital currencies available for sale or purchase on the Website, or those transferred digitally using each currency’s blockchain technology, involve transactions sent to a unique blockchain-based wallet ID, generated for the client’s own use.
The Company does not have access to your wallet and therefore cannot provide assistance in accessing the user’s wallet. Given the nature of the digital currencies market, it’s important to note that the Company cannot process any refunds once a transfer of digital currency has been executed. Once executed, transfers are final and sent to the specified wallet ID.
We urge you to keep your wallet details confidential and refrain from sharing your personal wallet information with any third party.
Should you request to sell your digital currencies held on the Company’s platform, the Company can facilitate the liquidation of such currencies through the Services offered on the Website.
It’s important to clarify that the company only accepts Fiat funds for the purpose of exchanging them into Crypto funds. If a client wishes to convert Crypto funds back to Fiat funds after the exchange, they can do so by selling/exchanging the Crypto funds back into Fiat funds. However, this is only possible if the Crypto funds remain in the client’s website wallet and have not been sent out.
For the time being, the Company may assist in liquidating digital currencies for FIAT currencies in EUR only and through the SEPA remittance system.
